Meggan Hathaway is a partner at Schwartz, Bon, Walker & Studer, LLC, where she focuses her practice on civil defense and transportation law. Licensed in both Wyoming and Colorado since 2011, Meggan represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in complex litigation across state and federal courts.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, Meggan brings a grounded, practical approach to her cases—one shaped by more than a decade of experience navigating the realities of Wyoming’s courts and communities. As Treasurer of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming, she is active in supporting the state’s defense bar and promoting mentorship and professional growth among its members.
When she’s not practicing law, Meggan can most often be found outdoors—hiking, camping, or spending time in the mountains with her two kids. A lifelong horsewoman, she has been showing horses competitively since she was nine years old and continues to find balance and perspective in Wyoming’s wide-open spaces.
