The Seventh Judicial District Court dismissed the claims of a former employee filed against a Wyoming municipality, and its former mayor. The Court agreed with Koehmstedt’s argument that the municipality, and its public employees, were immune from the claims asserted by the former employee and dismissed the lawsuit.
