Carissa D. Mobley
Carissa Mobley is a Wyoming native who joined Schwartz, Bon, Walker & Studer, LLC after earning her Juris Doctor, with honors and Order of the Coif, from the University of Wyoming in 2010. Carissa has trial and appellate experience in both the State and Federal Courts of Wyoming, where she is admitted to practice. In 2016, she was admitted to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2013, Carissa obtained her Small Business Administration (SBA) Priority Closing Attorney designation, where she practices as a 504 small business loan closing attorney. Carissa is a member of WealthCounsel (a multi-disciplinary network of professionals committed to a collaborative approach to Estate and Business Planning) and her practice includes general and complex estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business organization and maintenance, family business succession, and estate administration. Carissa strives to treat each client with the care and attention necessary to help them achieve their estate and business goals.
